If you're looking for short-term assistance or a way to overhaul your process, I can help. My services include strategic planning, evaluation and program development, meeting and retreat design and facilitation, and content management.
For the better part of the last ten years, I have tenaciously worked directly with and advocated for marginalized populations, including victims of HIV/AIDS, human trafficking survivors, family violence victims, sex abuse survivors, members of the LGBT community and those with mental health issues including schizophrenia and PTSD. In addition to working with marginalized communities, I have worked within both prosecution and defense offices, non-profits, and the private sector (educational/private law firms.)
Non-profits have to balance a range of interests, ranging from creating new programs, to increasing their capacity, to meeting grant deliverables, to marketing and branding, among other responsibilities. I can start at the beginning with you, identifying goals and objectives as well as branding and marketing, to identifying service provision gaps, to report drafting on grant deliverables. We start with a free initial consultation to identify YOUR needs and work from there.
Having worked with a range of organizations and businesses, I know that hiring a consultant can seem like a daunting and expensive process. However, I worked directly with my clients to work out an affordable pricing system based on their needs and funding concerns. My range of services means that you can create a program that works for your organization on the budget you have. Check out my FAQ for more information on types of projects and how pricing works.
