1. How long do projects take?
Project time is dictated by needs and expectations. My approach begins with becoming familiar with organizational structure, forging relationships and thorough information gathering. Once completed, I work with my client to design a timeframe that works with them to meet their needs. Projects can range from two days to two years.
2. What does a short term project look like?
Short-term projects can be anything from note-taking and thematic report drafting, to interviews with non-profits employees to identify areas of concern within the organization, to brief beneficiary satisfaction evaluations. I can also help design and execute annual reviews, retreats, presentations, meetings and trainings.
3. What does it cost?
Depending on your organization and needs, I have different fee structures. This may include a monthly retainer or a daily rate as dictated by the contract. In some cases, I can work on an hourly rate.
4. When can I get started?
If you are interested in working with me, please email me at firstname.lastname@example.org. We can set up an initial consultation to identify your needs. I will then draft a proposal, including a fee structure. The project will begin immediately once the contract is signed.
